A quick reminder that an All Candidates forum will be held tonight, Thursday October 30th at the Slocan Legion Hall from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. It is a great opportunity to meet the candidates and ask any questions that you may have. I look forward to seeing you there!

Nominations are in - and there is an exciting mix of new and old seeking election into municipal office for the Village of Slocan! With the deepest gratitude and respect for all candidates who have put their names forward, I look forward to listening and conversing with candidates and the community over the next few weeks. Elections do bring energy and attention to the priorities, challenges, issues and opportunities facing our Village. I am always so proud of our community - as we typically can boast high turnout rates and participation in our municipal election..... another demonstration that we are a Village of people who care! <3
